Sims4 Important Mods

Top 5

1. If you don't already have it, you MUST download MC Command Center!! It's the #1 mod on everyone's list. It does so much that is good. It's a bit hard to get the hang of right off, but keep at it and ask for help when needed and you will not regret it!

2. Happy Buffs changed to Fine : Aren't you tired to your happy smiley sims? It's too much happy! This changes some of those buffs down, so that their actual emotions shine through,

3. No More Ingredients : This makes it so you don't have to go chasing after bugs and flowers when you want to make something. I personally just use the serum and herbalism ones, but there is also one for food.

4. No Monsters Waking Children : The moster will still appear, so if you want your child to be friendly with it, just keep a watch at bedtime. But for me, I really hated that addition to the game, so I don't want the whole household woken up because of it.

5.Playing Together : Notice how the social bar doesn't move when sims are playing something together? Foosball? Basketball? Bowling? Nope. This mod fixes it.



Vampires

1. Neighborhood Protection : This should keep the vampires away from your "normal" saves.

2. Tutorial Be Gone : This is for players who don't want to repeat the same interactions with vlaad over and over whenever they start a new game. It keeps away the vampire who comes to feed off you in middle of the night.

3. Uncontrollable Hissing is ok! - You don't lose friendships because of your hissing anymore. You can't control it, after all.



Plant Sims

1. Revamped Plant Sims - This does so much for plant sims... All listed on the site.

 2. Plant Sim Interactions: Some extra powers for plant sims!


Sorcerer


1. Become a Sorcerer - Awesome awesome! I needed a witch sim and this is such a good mod!


Other mods I like

1. Voidcritters for all ages: Lets teens and adults play too!

2. Long-Lived Peace-Loving Cowplants: My cowplants kept dying because I didn't feed them every single day. This gives you a week before they turn skeletal. They are also non-deadly, and you can still milk them after they have swallowed a sim and spit him out!

3. Less Examining, Quicker diagnosis : Cool1 has made some awesome mods for the GTW careers. This is the only one I'm using at the moment. It's for the doctor.

4. Sauna Woohoo is NOT Friendly : I know that this takes you to a page that says Stop Random Flirting, and while you could grab that mod, there is also another which is pretty important. I mean, don't you love it when you and your friend head out to the spa, and she wants to woohoo right away? This interaction shouldn't be categorized as friendly, but it is!

 5. Butler Mods : This is supposed to help your butler not screw up so much. I have the no auto globe bar, no auto bubblebath, and less cooking ones.

6. Reworked hot tub - My sims actively use the hot tub now! It's not just a huge lawn ornament. haha. I prefer the toned down flavor, because my sims were using it a bit too much in the first one. But now it's just as attractive as the tv or computer.

7. Fish Freshness Fix: Fish stay fresh! Whether you're still fishing and not ready to stop yet, or when you've brought it home and put it in the refrigerator, It will say fresh!! I actually use the fishing skjill now.
